PLEASE make sure that you set aside time to set this up correctly!
It is something new to you, requires to be set up correctly, and you need to take time to set your script up. The great thing - once it's set up... it will save you so much time and effort - so do it right now!

You Must record your script in the same location where you will be calling from!
Use the exact same headset!
Keep the microphone the same distance from the mouth as when you are taking calls! Turn Mic down about 1/4 during initial recording so it doesn't appear to be "Hot".
Be calm, slow down, and relax! Mistakes are ok! You want the customer to feel as if the recording is the actual agent. Agents make mistakes!
Trust the software! It will be a little awkward at first. It will take a couple attempts to get used to it. But it works. Many agents have tested it... the top producing agents in Final Expense and Medicare use this software and developed it! IT WORKS!

STEP 2
Setting up the Audio Cable Correctly!
In this next video we show you how to ensure your settings are correct!
Once you set up the software and the Virtual Audio Cable (Video Below) - if the sound is garbled or seems "slow", then the settings are not set up correctly.

Setting up a Script
(If you love your script and how it is currently written, you can skip this step and move to step 4)
Here, we will show you how to Set up a basic script. By set up - we mean how to set up the wording of the script with lessons we've learned!
Below we provide links to sample Final Expense and Medicare Script PDF as examples of how to set those up.
STEP 4
Copying your script into ONE and
setting up Macros
Here, we will show you how to copy your script over to ONE and set up your Macros!
Reminder:
Always press the "Esc" button on your keyboard if you want the macro or recording to stop playing! This would be in the case of if a customer starts talking once you've pressed the button!
Lastly, record a few Macros/Recordings first - and try them out on a sample call before doing every single recording to make sure your mic sounds good. We recommend turning your mic down a little so it doesn't sound "Hot".
Don't forget - you can make a test call to your cell phone to make sure ONE is set up and working! Just put your cell phone on mute so you don't get feedback. Speak as if you were talking to a live customer, then play a macro/recording and make sure the volume levels are the same. You can adjust the levels
