Does ONE Work with my Softphone? (Vici, Zoom, Dialpad, and many others)

Absolutely!  As long as your soft phone is windows based (If you're using Windows - it is), then ONE will work alongside any softphone!

For Call Centers using Vici or another Dialer to get the customer interested - ONE takes over the call along with your agent, once your agent normally takes the call over!  So if you're using Vici to front your calls - you'll continue to use Vici for that.  You will use ONE for the rest of the call when your agent would take over!
